6. AI and Educational Limitations
CureMath — AI Math Explainer may use artificial intelligence systems to generate explanations and suggested solution methods.
Outputs are fast AI-generated suggestions intended to support learning, not guaranteed correct solutions or a substitute for independent verification, teacher guidance, or formal assessment requirements.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable, particularly where information is incomplete, an image is unclear, or a maths problem is ambiguous.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
7. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing and Refunds
Paid features, billing cycles, trial periods, and cancellation options are governed by the pricing and checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, paid billing will begin only after the disclosed trial period ends unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
You may cancel recurring subscriptions using the account settings or billing method described at checkout. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Refund rights, including any rights required by applicable consumer law, are not affected by these Terms.
Unless a specific refund policy or money-back guarantee is offered at checkout, fees may otherwise be non-refundable.
Where third-party payment providers are used, payments may also be subject to those providers' terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
